Heil Plumbing & HVAC hires apprentices to train up future professional plumbers. In the state of Maryland, plumbing apprentices must be at least 16 years old. In order to obtain their journeymen’s plumbing license they must complete 7500 hours of training under a licensed master plumber and pass a comprehensive written examination!
