This was the first time using Heil Plumbing, but based on this experience, it won’t be the last. From the initial contact to completion of work, everything went smoothly. Brandon, the service technician, called to say he was on his way and arrived as promised. He went over the work we had requested and provided upfront pricing which was much appreciated. He kept us updated as to the progress of the work and answered all of our questions. At the completion of the work, he cleaned up beautifully. We would not be hesitant to recommend Heil to anyone needing plumbing services.

Replaced a faulty valve under the kitchen sink and added a valve to the water line behind the refrigerator. Also tightened up a loose sink handle. Didn’t have to wait long for an open appointment on their calendar and they came out promptly at the scheduled time. Robert S was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Eric Brown has done great job on fixing our hose connector on outside and well as other plumbing issues inside. Offered discount and thankful for good service and value delivered, with 1 year warranty.

The scheduling was quick and easy, the plumbers arrived well within their time frame. They did their work (snaking a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal) within one hour and left my kitchen sink and surrounding counter spotless. I was very pleased.

This company is fantastic! I have used them several times and referred them to a friend who was also more than satisfied. I will continue to recommend them. Office staff always answers the phone, their trucks are loaded with everything that is needed. I have used both Jake and Erick and now request them by name. Besides being professional and expert plumbers they love my dog!!! Awesome company!

3rd time using their service was on February 19, 2023, I had to call good ole' trusty Heil Plumbing because my water heater burst. By it being a Sunday, worked out perfectly, because I was off from work the next day, Monday for holiday President's Day. Brandon serviced me on Sunday and returned the next day along with Chase who assisted installing my new water heater. These two guys were very professional, and I was once again pleased with the overall service and with the time it took, very effective work. Brandon made certain to explain everything in detail, which I was very pleased with his overall customer service. The two gentlemen were absolutely the Best!1st time I used Heil Plumbing Fall 2020 for work that needed to be done outside. Justin was absolutely remarkable, and I was such a satisfied customer that I had to call them again. 2nd time Eric was absolutely the best who serviced a clogged septic! Very professional and was spot on with the diagnosis. He was actually able to save me money by working fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Heil Plumbing to family and friends.Third time is a Charm!

Brandon and Carl were awesome! They called before they arrived, arrived within the first 15 minutes of my two-hour window and wore shoe covers to enter the house. They were friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed my leaky tub faucet. 5 stars all around! Thank you!

I had clogged up my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal stopped working. Jake was so professional, and I am so pleased he was able to fix the problem. I, also, appreciate that he was so clean, putting on the booties when he entered, and making the area that he worked on clean before he left. Could not be happier with his work. Truly a great experience, from the time I called until the repair of the leaking pipe above my bathroom ceiling less than three hours. I certainly don't expect that kind of turn around normally but I did appreciate the prompt response, courteous treatment and an outstanding repair. I will recommend Heil Plumbing DMV, a very competent, professional plumbing service....:-)

I hired a contractor to do some work on my house and suddenly several of my valves were leaking (they were not leaking before). He offered to fix them for an unreasonable price and told me my pipes also needed replacement. I called Heil Plumbing for a second opinion. They quickly dispatched Jeff, who looked at the situation, tightened a few bolts on the valves to stop the leaking and told me my pipes are fine and my valves do not need replacing. I was so relieved and also impressed with the honesty – I was ready to have expensive plumbing work done that did not need to be done. Thanks, Jeff, for your honesty and professionalism!!
