Great service at an affordable price

Nick DiRubbo did an excellent job. He found the leak and repaired it right away and fixed our toilet. Since he was so efficient, we asked him to do an additional task of fixing our outside water outlet. He completed 3 very different problems, was respectful of our home, and our time. I highly recommend him.

Franklin Galdamez was the Plumber for Heil Plumbing. He came to inspect our hot water heater because we had no hot water. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend Heil and Franklin Galdamez.

Otto and the rest of the Heil team, from initial consultation, to follow up calls, emails, and texts were excellent! Responsive, trustworthy, thorough. I highly recommend their services. They replaced our sewer line in a day, worked in a very tidy way too, and had to dig down over 9 or 10 feet (we live in a 1960s rancher).

Heil plumbing and sewer was extremely prompt, honest and professional and was able to same day replace our main water line after we discovered a leak that was coming into our basement. Highly recommend using them for any necessary plumbing repairs and will certainly call them first if any needs arise in the future.

Clean, professional and resolved the issue

I had a burst water fixture that needed immediate attention. I emailed Alison and she scheduled my appointment for via email at almost 8 pm for the very next morning. I have had five star experiences with Seth, Robert, and Nick. Today Erik answered the call and he addressed the issue extremely quickly and cleanly. He was very professional and personable and I would recommend him personally along with Heil on general. Updating this review to include the service of Franklin Galdamez. His speedy work resolved a leaky gate valve with a brand new ball quarter turn valve that will last decades. 10/10

My family and I went six days boiling water due to our water heater going out. After spending over 6K in replacing a water heater, just to be told that it couldn’t be turned on due to the fact that the ventilation wasn’t properly venting was frustrating. Which led my wife and I on a two day chase to finding someone to fix the issue and extremely glad we found Chad Knowles with HEIL PLUMBING & HVAC who quickly came in and took care of the issue and got us back to having hot water in our home, as well as share his knowledge. 10/10 recommended as he has earned my trust and business.

Every time we call Heil they are wonderful. Great customer service, expert technicians, always find a good solution, and efficient. Our laundry sink pump was at the end of its life and this was a big financial decision. While I hope we don’t have another reason to call them soon, I know that when we do, our situation will be well taken care of.

Had 2 significant leaks in the basement, a pipe and an improperly hung hot water overflow reservoir, as well as a couple leaky faucets and blocked drain. Heil sent Joe Welch, easily the most impressive plumber I have witnessed in action. He took care of all this in a couple hrs and found additional leaks under my kitchen sink from a failed faucet and leaky supply valve. I dashed out to Home Depot and got a new faucet which he then installed. Joe explained everything carefully while expertly fixing these issues. I highly recommend Heil and would ask for Joe Welch!

Erik Young was our technician and he took very good care of us. Very professional, and had a great sense of humor too. The final product looked so good, clean and shiny. Despite the fact that it rained for days and days they didn’t track anything into the house. They left the place spotless and with much more hot water. Thanks Erik!
