Ashley answered my call early in the morning and promised to get me one of your plumbers early that day, which she did. Richard Cloud diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He was a capable technician and a wonderful gentleman. I can’t say enough good things about your company.

Eric and his helper were able to snake through a clogged toilet pipe, which was backing up into our shower and tub. When that failed, he had to use a camera to detect debris further down in the pipe causing the clog. Then they cut through the pipe and removed the debris, which to Eric looked like hardened mortar and other construction objects. Then they replaced the pipe area that they had removed. Eric and his assistant were very thorough and courteous and explained each process they were doing as well as the pricing. Everything is running smoothly now and I appreciated that they were able to finish the job the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Heil Plumbing again.

Contacted a few plumbing services for a quote on a water main leak. Heil plumbing responded promptly with a detailed quote and plan of action. Not only did they provide the best price, their service was top tier. The job was completed with via a trenchless pipe replacement, which ended with my front yard actually looking better after the job. Upon completion of the work, they refilled all dirt, flattened the surface, laid new grass seed and covered with hay. Since the water line ran under our sidewalk, a hole had to be drilled into our driveway. Afterwards, they also filled the concrete apron on the end of our driveway, which many plumbing companies do not do for you. Lastly, upon inspection, a technician noticed our water heater expansion tank was out of compliance and replaced it free of charge. I’m very pleased with Heil Plumbing and would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Joel, Rodolfo, and Josh from Heil did an excellent job on our main water line replacement. The project presented several problems from the late 70s-early 80s plumbing, including a concrete footer poured directly over the water line. When the project had to extend to a 2nd day, they made sure we had a temporary water hookup and arrived early on a Saturday to continue the work. They got the new pipe ran, and did great work repairing the sections of our garage, driveway, and grass that had been disturbed. We won’t hesitate calling Heil or referring them to friends.

Joe Welch responded when our basement wastewater pump stopped working. He assessed the problem and gave a quote. He then came back after a new pump was available and installed it. He changed out some faulty piping and left a very neat and functioning system. Joe was careful to explain everything that needed to be done. We are very pleased and will definitely call Heil when we need any more plumbing work.

Our technician Kraig was punctual with multiple notifications about arrival time. He was informative about current repairs as well as what to expect in the future. He was attentive and respectful of our property wearing shoe coverings inside and cleaned up when work was completed.

Absolutely AWESOME sewer line replacement, outside and inside under the slab, and that's a HUGE job. Heil was great from the time they answered the first call, to a camera scope of the line and estimate with Jake, to my call to the office with questions, to Otto and his crew of pros who did the work in 100 degree temperatures.

I had a Constellation (BGE) warranty policy, which only pays if you use them. They were so hard to deal with that after a call about their poorly written estimate and lots of time on hold, I decided there was no way I wanted to have to deal with them if there were questions or issues during or after the work. I also had an estimate from a large 'local' company who weren't even in the ballpark for price.

For nearly the same price as I would have paid even after the Constellation warranty credit, I got a much more comprehensive job from this company and crew, who understand customer service.

And while I expecting to deal with the typical mound of dirt across the yard after their work, I've never seen a sewer line replacement with such little damage to the landscape, they were so careful.

I highly recommend them for price, and just as importantly, service, which is big when you're in the middle of the 'trauma' of having a trench in your basement floor jackhammered out, and a backhoe digging 9 feet down in your yard!

I will note that we had to change our original appointment. Heil did not show up during the contracted window (7:30 - 11 am) and I asked to have the appointment moved to the next day first thing in the morning. They obliged.

Our plumber Keith showed up in the time window promised and went right to work on our drain clog. He persisted six or seven times snaking the clog until he finally opened it up, then gave us some tips to avoid future clogs. Prompt, courteous and friendly service. Thanks Heil!

Jeff came by to install a new shower head and sink faucet in the hall bathroom. He was very quick, efficient, and explained everything to us. The configuration for the tub/shower was complicated - requiring entry from the master bedroom side. Jeff explored the options - suggested two approaches and walked through the costs and process for each with us. We accomplished exactly what we hoped to in this visit. And, we know what we need to do to complete the shower faucet replacement. Jeff was so nice and respectful. We felt like a friend had stopped by rather than someone we had just met. Great company, they were very professional from the estimate to the completion of the job. They paid attention to every detail while doing the job. The estimator(Jake) was very fair, honest and knowledgeable. He made sure my water heater was in compliance with the county codes (others companies didn't do that). The work crew was amazing, they covered the working areas inside the house and basement to avoid dirt and dust. The pipe man(Chon)was excellent, very knowledgeable and very polite as well as the other crew members. They didn't have to dig a trench to install a new water line. Others companies wanted to ruin my front yard with digging. But Heil Plumbing didn't do it, leaving my yard as it was, no need for excessive digging. It was a real pleasure doing bussiness with Heil Plumbing.

Chad did an amazing job changing my Moen Shower cartridges (exact temp model) that was causing a small drip and limited control of temperature. He also did a solid job reseating a toilet and replacing a fill valve. He was very thorough, good attention to details, and spent the time to explain what he was doing. Heil Plumbing did a spectacular job of addressing an issue from the first visit that should help correct the flow of information from plumber to manager to scheduler to customer. The manager called first thing Monday, identified what caused the isssue, and how to correct it in the future. It is clearly a company that cares about high quality service and customer satisfaction. A rarity these days. Heil offers a human touch at every level from manager to scheduler to plumber. The plumber found shower handles that perfectly fit our fifty year old shower and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. I would recommend Heil Plumbing to anyone and will call them when I need any future plumbing work.

In the past and present, I have used Heil for all my plumbing needs. The staff / plumbers are pleasant and very thorough. Heill is my go to plumbers.

Heil Plumbing left such a great impression the last time I worked with them that they were my first call when it was time to replace my sump pump. Again, I received quick and transparent pricing, a professional evaluation, prompt service, and honest and thorough and experienced work. Eric and CJ came out within a day to swap out the old equipment. They worked fast, friendly, and very cleanly. Additionally, while they're were on site, I asked Eric to take a look at my plumbing setup—especially my 10+ year old water heater I'd been warily eyeing for replacement—and he showed me clear evidence of an ongoing leak and gave me a competitive quote with a 10% service coupon I didn't know about. There was no pressure and a lot of patience for all of my questions. (Also, if you're like me and you haven't replaced your backflow preventer in the past five years, it's time...) No one ever wants to have to deal with the plumbers, but when the occasion rises, I know I'm getting a fair deal with Heil and it makes the inevitable phone call that much easier to make.

Joe Welsh and his team were very friendly and replaced a worn and dried out cartridge inside a shower faucet. He went above and beyond his work by putting extra lubrication on the cartridge so that it is extra easy to turn on and off the faucet. He also replaced a shower head which now works perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

I was very pleased with my experience with Heil Plumbing. My main sewer line collapsed and after dealing with a couple of other plumbing companies I went with Heil to do the work because they were knowledgeable, provided good explanations, and were upfront with their pricing estimate. The work I needed was extensive but they completed the work in a matter of days and they would make sure I could use the water at the end of each day and they did a great job of cleaning and patching up the areas worked on. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need additional plumbing work.

I was given their # by a friend who had had a main water line leak. I had the same issue and due to how well they handled his leak, I went with them. At the time of my leak, my family was dealing with my 14 year old son and his brain cancer condition getting worse. Heil Plumbing treated me like I was a member of their family. Our technician, Joe W, did a great job solving a tough problem. We had a Roman tub faucet that was installed during a home renovation that started leaking and needed to be replaced. The challenge was that the renovator did not provided access to the tub's plumbing. Joe created the access path and installed local shut-off valves. We ordered a replacement faucet that required a custom install, but Joe found a way to get it done with any refabrication. We highly recommend Joe and the Heil team!

We had an issue with a job that Heil plumbing took care of very quickly and efficiently. We tried to do it ourselves knowing it was an easy fix. I had a surgery about 5 days before the issue with the water heater and we decided to call them based on the good comments from the community. The technician was prompt and professional. It was a few minute fix. We were disappointed at the cost of an easy and few minute job. After a phone call Heil resolved the issue with fairness and kindness to an amount we felt happy about and grateful for. Their care for their costumers shows.

Thoroughly satisfying experience. The office staff worked to arrange a plumber to come out and take a look at my leaky faucet, luckily, the same day! When Richard, the plumber, came out, he identified the problem. He was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He also was very proud of Heil Plumbing because he said the company operated under the highest principles of honesty and compassion while offering very fair prices. To this point, Heil Plumbing operates on a fixed-price basis. A plumber comes out and inspects the plumbing issue. He then quotes the flat price to fix the issue, no matter how long it takes. There is no guess work involved because you know the final cost of the work up front. If you do not agree to the price, then all Heil charges is the cost of the visit for the estimate, which is $95. But if you go ahead and have the work done by Heil, then the $95 is deducted from the final cost. Bottom line - I was thrilled with Richard's work and Heil Plumbing's professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend Heil Plumbing.
