Franklin, did an amazing job replacing our shower/tub trim kit. We went with a different brand, so he replaced valve and some of the copper pipe that had shark bite connections. He was professional and a very nice young man. His work looked awesome!

(The scope of what I needed was beyond my usual Plumber’s capacity so he recommended Heil) Technicians John Upperman & Ike Bagley were able to get the job done with their respective expertise and they were able to educate me & answer my many questions. Joe Welch came out on the same day as my request and quickly fixed the broken cap on my outdoor cleanout pipe. Easy to schedule and great service all around!

Our downstairs A/C gave out in the last heat wave, and Heil was out the next day to assess and give us an HVAC quote. Eddie and his team were wonderful to work with and were able to complete the job the very next day. There is a noticeable difference in ambient comfort with the multi-stage Trane air handler compared to the single stage on/off Goodman. And a lot less noise outside with the heat pump not constantly cycling. Eddie also replaced our aging (18yr old) water heater as part of the deal. Great price, great service. Very happy to become a customer and support this family-owned business!

Today, Heil Plumbing sent three of its best professionals to my house to repair a water line that broke 10 days ago. They were early and ready to get to work –in the pouring rain! Charlie Heil was team lead and introduced his members before starting this project. Charlie and member started the outside work of digging a hole near the street water source while the third member began drilling a hole through the basement wall to access the waterline leading to the house. Success!!! They were able to pull piping through the line and connect to the county water source. The Inside worker replaced the almost 50-year-old plumbing with shiny new copper. While the two outside refilled the access hole again in the pouring rain, the inside worker patched the hole. Water was turned on and voila inside water worked and the outside geyser was plugged. This work took a quick four hours given the complexity. I am so pleased with their professionalism and expertise that I will engage their services in October to replace my old water heater.

Great experience with Heil Plumbing for our hot water tank replacement! Scheduling was quick and easy using the online form. Chad came by first thing in the morning. Very professional but the price seems a bit high. We paid almost six hundred dollars for one hour of service. Ouch !! We’re seniors and wish the rate could be lower. We were somewhat shaken by the price we paid. We were sad.

This is the 5th time we’ve used Heil Plumbing. That says something right there! Came home to water in the basement. They came immediately, found the leak, fixed it, were able to make suggestions on the next steps to take to fix water damage. Franklin was our tech. Since a nice young man! Great at his job and explained everything.

The primary tech (Frank Galdamez) and his assistant (Colin) were personable and professional. They completed the job quickly, answered all my questions, and were happy to move my things out of the way and put them back. Also, my new toilet arrived incredibly quickly, allowing them to get right to work. Highly recommend!

Detailed reviews below: Original Post from 3 years ago: I had an expansion tank burst recently and needed it to be replaced. I came across Heil Plumbing and they sent out Jonathan "Jon" Thomas. The company texted me that Jon was on route with a picture so that I can easily identify him (thumbs up to Heil for this feature). Jon was very professional, approachable, provided excellent customer service, and highlighted all the details needed for the repair. His work was high quality and I am happy with the service he provided and the thorough explanations he gave. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the expansion tank, and double checked everything was working properly. I'd highly recommend him and will specifically request for Jon when contacting Heil Plumbing in any other plumbing repair that I need in the future. UPDATE (07/30/2026): I had an under mount sink coming off which required I have a plumber disassemble the plumbing prior to a contractor coming in to fix the sink. Given my experience, I called Heil Plumbing again. Franklin Galdamez and Colin were both highly professional, knowledgeable, and amazing in the quality of their work. They disassembled the plumbing, added angle stops (replaced the push/pull plastic cheap stops), and also fixed a faulty water shutoff valve which required coordination with the County & HOA (condo). They were 100% clear on the work needed to be done and double checked all their work. I would highly recommend these two and Heil Plumbing and am super happy with their service. I had a great experience with Heil Plumbing 3 years ago and I had another great experience with them in my most recent repair. Will definitely contract them for my next plumbing job whenever that may be.
