Arrived early, personable and honest and very thorough and professional. Garbage disposal was leaking water from an unlikely location and Jordan recommended a replacement. While installing, he noticed a pvc pipe fitting that needed some repair and did that in short order. Jordan did an awesome job, cleaned up - no mess, no fuss. Top notch plumber! Thanks Heil, you guys rock! Quite pricey for the unit/installation but quality craftsmanship and installation are worth it. Hope it lasts forever! Lol

Steven very quickly diagnosed and fixed our ac issue He is great and such a positive person!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. Great to have someone you can trust. We signed up for a contract so our HVAC system is now in good hands with Heil Plumbing.

Jordan arrived at my home to conduct an inspection on my sump pump and a hammer sound in pipes. Jordan was very professional and thorough in explaining his findings. The estimates presented were fair in pricing and knowing that I have used Heil plumbing in the past I know they provide quality work. He replaced the 3/4" Pressure Reducing Valve with warranty. The water pressure is at a lower level now. The sump pump was working properly and suggested annual inspection due to the amount of ground water in my area.

I messaged Heil through their website this morning and they responded immediately. Damontae, the technician, arrived at my house within only 2 hours! He was professional, personable, explained everything and finished the job quickly. And he made absolutely no mess. Damontae you are a credit to the company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about my service call was smooth. My technician, Franklin, arrived on time. He kept me informed the whole time. He fixed the problem and cleaned up everything. Also, he noticed a safety issue and walked me through potential options. I will use Heil Plumbing again and I will request Franklin if possible.

Update 7/2026: I just had another 5-star experience with Heil. This time the work was less technical, but it was still done with competence, courtesy, and clear communication (including about costs--in contrast to the last plumber who visited my home). Thank you, Joe! Original review follows: ======================= I called a gas plumber about a suspected leak. He thought it might be leaking and said he would "try to" write us a quote to fix it, but that the fix would require moving the furnace, washer and dryer, and thus would be a big (and expensive) project. Then we called Heil, who sent a plumber who precisely identified the location and nature of the leak, and figured out a way to fix it safely without moving anything. The quote still wasn't cheap but I thought it was fair and definitely worth it considering they figured out how to get the job done correctly and efficiently. I'll definitely keep Heil in mind for future plumbing work, especially if it involves gas.

Heil Plumbing to the rescue! We had what we thought was a clogged toilet - turned out it was a sewer line clog. We called around lunchtime and were able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Damontae was great. Explained everything along the way - our options, the cost. He was kind, polite, efficient & got the job done. We won’t hesitate to call Heil Plumbing again!

Joe was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He thoroughly examined both incinerator and drainage and discovered a faulty incinerator that no longer works. A new one was installed and is up and running perfectly. I also like the quick tutorial he gave me on how to reset the new incinerator if it stop working. Joe was also kind enough to look at my sum pump once I explained to him that there might be a leak. He examined the area thoroughly with recommendations that I will need a new sump pump in the near future. I will definitely use Joe's services again for any upcoming repairs as he made me feel at ease and I can tell he really enjoys his job.

At a time when there was a high demand for emergency services it was easy to schedule service. We lost a/c during a brown out. When we reached out to ask if we could move the date up they accommodated us when a tech finished up early with another customer. Tech had needed parts on the truck and we were back online within an hour. Professional and competent service!

This past week we hired Heil Plumbing to perform a video inspection of the cast iron waste pipes under our basement floor and yard and discovered signs of deterioration. All of the utility permitting, excavation, and pipe replacement was completed in just three days. Thanks Otto, Ike, and everyone at Heil Plumbing for your great service.

We’d had a different company come out a week before calling Heil when our main sewer line was backing up into our basement sink. The plumber snaked the line, said the pipe was clogged because it was degrading, and the pipe would need to be replaced. This seemed strange because our home is barely 40 years old. The plumber also failed to identify the access point for the sewer line and cut a hole in our pipes to access it. This resulted in an extra $200 charge to patch the pipe. A few days later our sewer line backed up again. We called Heil for a second opinion. They came out and found a blockage at the same location. It was caused by tree roots that had grown into the pipe and created a nearly total blockage. Damontae drilled through the tree roots, creating an opening that will allow us to use our plumbing in our home until the pipe is repaired. The original company failed to diagnose the root blockage, attributing the blockage to pipe degradation. After the line was cleared, Ike then ran a camera past the roots to determine if there were any further issues. He and Damonate worked together to make the process efficient while being thorough. Ike then provided multiple options ranging from a repair to a trenchless replacement. He explained the techniques that would be used for each option, discussing pros and cons for each. My husband and I felt like we were able to make an informed decision and are confident moving forward with Heil. We are grateful that they diagnosed the problem properly and were able to open up the line so that we can live in our home until repairs are completed. I wish we would have contacted them in the first place.

Franklin was sent to my house and was in the 2 hour time window I was given. Diagnosed the problem, found the leak and made repairs efficiently.
