Ricardo is an excellent HVAC repairman!

Really good service came an hour after I called. They were upfront and didn’t over charge. Just very helpful all around.

Overall experience was great the price, the knowledge of the owner and the employee employees. Jacob was outstanding very friendly always willing to answer questions I would recommend them.

Charlie Heil and his crew showed up early and took care of my broken sewer pipe and installed a new water line. Everything went very well, the crew did great work, and I’m happy to have worked with Heil Plumbing again.

Erik was very respectful and courteous. He explained what was needed to perform the work and the time to do it.

Joe was great. He went above and beyond to find the part needed. We called for inspection of our plumbing due to low pressure. Turned out the pressure regulator/valve was bad. The yoke for the water meter also needed to be replaced. Turned out the yoke was an odd size and was hard to find. All work was professionally done and the work area was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend Joe and Heil Plumbing.

This morning, we found ourselves in quite a predicament. Our home's water pressure had dwindled to barely a trickle. Thankfully, one call to Heil Plumbing & HVAC brought welcome relief. Their dispatcher promptly arranged for Seth Cranford to arrive today. From the outset, I knew we were in capable hands. Seth is the quintessential old-school craftsman. Knowledgeable. Meticulous. Professional. Armed with a decade of experience and an impressive command of his trade, he quickly identified the culprit: a pressure-reducing valve that had finally succumbed to 21 years of accumulated debris. Watching Seth work was a breath of fresh air. He brought equal measure of technical expertise, physical determination, and painstaking attention to detail. From wearing protective shoe covers to leaving his workspace spotless, no aspect of the job escaped his attention. Better still, he patiently explained the mechanics of our plumbing system, making me feel like an apprentice learning from a master craftsman.

We had Eric from Heil Plumbing out to our house today to take care of several items identified during a buyer’s inspection as part of selling our home, including a leak in the shower plumbing behind the wall and a leaking diverter in our guest shower. Eric was professional, punctual, and courteous from start to finish. We especially appreciated that he took the time to wear shoe covers while in our home. He walked through our list of concerns with us, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided transparent pricing upfront so we knew exactly what to expect. Both my wife and I work from home, so we really appreciated how clean, efficient, and considerate Eric was throughout the repairs. He kept us thoroughly informed every step of the way and did an excellent job on both issues. This is exactly the level of service we’ve come to expect from Heil Plumbing, and it’s why we continue to use them time and time again. Highly recommend Heil Plumbing, and especially Eric, for anyone looking for professional, reliable, and quality plumbing work!

The entire experience with Heil was easy and the staff throughout the process were courteous and helpful. Erik was patient in explaining everything before and after the job. He and his apprentice were efficient and clean and the workmanship looks top notch.

A truly exceptional service. I called the company in the late morning, and the technician (Joe Welch) was at my house within an hour, completed the work (installing new Garbage disposal and new faucet) in less than two hours, leaving everything in pristine conditions by 2PM. He also made an estimate for another work that I will do at a different time. An outstanding company, an outstanding technician, to be praised for his courtesy, professionalism, and competence.

We needed a new gas hot water heater ASAP. They were extremely responsive and professional, and were able to install a new one with the specifications we needed the next day. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them!

Plumber Damontae was fantastic. He had worked on a previous issue here some months ago. He identified the degraded seal allowing the leak and replaced it. He took time to ensure that the seal was airtight and we are very pleased.

Ricardo arrived on time, performed the maintenance, and answered all my questions. He was great.

Franklin and Colin did an excellent job installing our new laundry sink and vanity. They went beyond their plumbing job and put silicone around the vanity. They even removed the trash and showed us what they did to fix our updated plumbing.

I highly recommend. I called the evening before and by the next morning, we had a skilled plumber remove and replace a cracked drain pipe in our home that caused significant damage.

Eddie was very professional, courteous, respectful and did a very thorough and complete maintenance of the heating:cooling system. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and communication!
