My first time using Heil Plumbing. Got off to a rocky start with their answering service (wasn't aware it was an answering service, since it was during business hours), however, I'm glad someone reviewed the call and gave me a call back to give them a chance. Will was fabulous!!! I'll be recommending him to a family member and requesting him in the future should a plumbing need arise. Will, thanks for a great job done! I know it was a bear being under the crawl space. You deserve some time off after this job. 😀

Amazing experience with Heil. Water pouring out of the side of the house by the outdoor spigot at 7pm meant we had to turn the water off in the whole house. Scheduled online for a 7:30-3 window the following day. We called first thing asking if we could narrow the window so we could make arrangements with work, and they said they would get back to us shortly. 30 min later we got a text saying Erik, our technician, was on his way. Erik showed up 30 minutes after that (pretty impressive for DMV rush hour traffic) and was awesome. He gave us a tentative diagnosis right away, and went to work. Within another 15 minutes he let us know it was a pretty easy fix and wouldn’t require disrupting the structure itself (or our day). Replaced a section of pipe and installed a new, high quality outdoor spigot. Erik was professional and reassuring. He worked quickly and left no trace, other than a spiffy-looking new spigot. All of this wrapped up very quickly for a great price. We didn’t even miss much work! We need HVAC service, which I am going to schedule with them as soon as I hit “post” on this review. Happy to have found Heil and will be using them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs!

They didva great job on replacing our power vent.

Erik came and diagnosed our disposal drain issue and snaked it. Erik was very personable and professional and the job was done quickly and professionally. I can't really comment on how the price compares but I feel like $560 for a snake is expensive. That being said we needed the service and Heil responded quickly and the job was done right. I'd recommend Heil to anyone.

Joe from Heil Plumbing was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough when unclogging drain, and gave helpful advice regarding other plumbing issues. Like everything these days, more expensive than expected, but quick response and good work. Would use again.

Franklin did an amazing job. He explained everything, was very efficient and cleaned the area.

Technician Franklin Galdamez was awesome. He quickly identified the problem, gave me options for repair, and fixed it. He went above and beyond, answering a few other plumbing related questions i had. Definitely 5 stars.

Second time using Heil Plumbing and they did a great job—both employees who came to our house were very friendly and gave me and my wife a very trustworthy vibe. The technician Joe was extremely nice and helpful, even pointing out some areas in our basement that will need attention in the near future. I own a photography business (Ryan Madison LLC) and being I’m self employed so I’m happy to spend money with a family owned business that cares about their customers like I do. SITUATION: We had water come up our basement shower drain and it was not fun but Joe figured out the cause, was upfront about pricing and quick to diagnose the problem

Highly recommend Heil Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable about our sewer line issue and thorough in reviewing and discussing replacement and repair options. For what we ultimately decided on proceeding with their pricing was very reasonable. They answered all of our questions and when it came time to do the work they scheduled to come out quickly and did the work in a timely manner. Both myself and the inspector were impressed with the work Otto and his team completed. They did a great job cleaning up and finishing the basement floor and cleaning up the dirt hole in the front yard. I was impressed that they seeded the yard where they dug and the grass grew back fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend and use Heil Plumbing again.

Fast, friendly and excellent service

Thank you so much for the wonderful service! We recently needed to replace our water heater and sump pump, and Seth did a fantastic job appraising our unit. We were so glad he was able to return for the installation right on schedule. Seth and his assistant took great care of our home by using drop cloths and shoe covers, which we really appreciated. The installation of our new A.O. Smith Signature water heater was completed efficiently, and we are so pleased with the results and the great warranty coverage. We truly appreciate your team's hard work and will definitely reach out to you again for any future plumbing needs!

I happened to have two unrelated plumbing issues in the span of one week, and was extremely fortunate to have Franklin Galdamez as our service technician both times. Frank is extremely friendly, empathetic, and professional, and taught me a lot about how to maintain our systems to prevent future issues. Really appreciate the ability to schedule online very quickly and very happy with our experience.

I needed kitchen faucet and disposal replaced. Chad K was the service tech and he was great. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I certainly will call Heil again if needed and I'll ask for Chad. Thank you Chad!
