There are a lot of plumbers to choose from however you’re doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Heil Plumbing. This is the second time I’ve used them and been pleased with both interactions. My service technician Erik did a great job with toilet and sink repair. He was timely, polite and meticulous. There’s a reason for the host of positive reviews.

Service was done to an excellent quality. Damontae was professional, hard working, and explained everything clearly. Scheduling was easy and fast. I would recommend this company.

Eric and his apprentice, Colin, did a very nice (and clean) job today replacing our water heater. He thoroughly explained the work, answered all my questions, and was extremely courteous and helpful. Heil has now done two water heater replacements for my family, one at my parents’ home and now at our home within one week (thank you to Seth and his apprentice for the work at my parents’ house). We are extremely happy with both jobs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had an overall good experience with Heil Plumbing. They came out to replace a faucet and shutoff lines. Their technician, Will, was polite, efficient and skilled, and respectful of the property. The company was very good about communication, too. The only cons from this service were that the appointment window is very wide, resulting in having to stay at home waiting for a longer period than I initially realized, and that the pricing was a bit higher than I expected. However, I'd use Heil Plumbing again because they did a good job and were such a pleasure to deal with.

Chad was very professional and communicative. He quickly identified the problems and was able to propose various solutions and options for us. The same-day service was very convenient to help us check these plumbing to-do’s off of our list!

Jordan was amazing - He was very professional and courteous. He analysed my water leak and fixed it within two hours. This has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend his services.

Heil is a first class operation, highly recommend. Their service guy (Chad) was on-time, professional and extremely knowledgable. Quickly figured out the issue (which several other plumbers could not), fixed it and charged me a very fair price. Not pushy, didn't try to force up-sells. Execellent business.

Joe was absolutely wonderful!! We had a very, very, faulty and leaky toilet that we hadn’t been able to use for 3 ish months. Joe came in, assessed the situation, and provided me with multiple and honest options for repair. We went for a new toilet, which he kindly went out to get for us himself! The whole process took maybe an hour and a half, he was fast, efficient, and an absolute sweetheart and just a bunch of fun to chat with as well! Alongside his incredible work ethic, he left his work area spotless, it was cleaner than when he arrived! We love Heil Plumbing, and hope to see Joe again if/when we need help again! Thank you!
