Heil Plumbing is an Awesome company. They are courteous and respectful. They arrived timely and went immediately to fixing the problem. Response to my inquiry and getting an appointment was quick. Jordan arrived at my house on time. He was very thorough and resolved the problem. He explained everything in detail that needed to be resolved.

We needed some cutoff valves installed because the old valves basically disintegrated. Erik was prompt, courteous and professional. Very satisfied!

Superb service. I have a unit that's on a top floor and tight space so difficult to service, my tech was experienced and found elegant solutions for every obstacle. Genuinely can't imagine better service.

I needed my faucet repaired and updated so that I could use my hose to water my new plantings. I found out my valve was leaking inside the house. It took 2 hours but everything was done well and all is good! They come on time and do a great job! And are pleasant, too!

I had a plumbing emergency with a leaking water line behind my dishwasher and washer/dryer area. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and repaired the copper water line professionally.

They tested everything carefully to make sure there were no leaks and explained what caused the issue. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very transparent about the work and warranty.

Spoke with Ashley in office at 8am. She was lovely, efficient and professional; obtaining all necessary information. Daemonte , the plumber texted, called and accessed the house which was a complicated situation in itself. Explained the plumbing issues, provided a quote, completed the work, and called back to explain the work completed. As someone who is out of town from job site, with the urgency of the situation, and complicated access, I cannot give enough stars. Put this company in speed dial for any plumbing needs!

Steve found the leak from the new attic HVAC system another company had installed. The installer didn’t persist enough to find the leak. (They had pulled apart a juncture of the drainage pipe when installing, and Steve found and repaired it.) He was knowledgeable, persistent, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

As a GC building my own house, I’ve worked with many contractors, and the technicians from Heil Plumbing are among the best I’ve seen. The lead technician, John, demonstrated extensive knowledge and was very patient in answering all of my questions. Erik Young did an expert job at replacing our water heater. The job was done carefully and quickly, and he went through our options and answered all of our questions prior to purchase and install. We had great experience with Heil Plumbing . We were dealing with a major sewage backup that other plumbers simply couldn’t fix. Damontae Tuck from Heil Plumbing diagnosed the issue perfectly. He went above and beyond, cleaning pipes in areas the previous companies completely overlooked. The problem is finally solved! After finishing the job, Damontae took the time to explain which maintenance chemicals to use to prevent this from happening again. The guys that came and did the repair were great, pricey but genuine

Erik came and saved my weekend by answering my call to unclog my kitchen sink. The sink stopped draining Thursday night. I went to a serious medical appointment early Friday. I called Heil plumbing after my appointment around 11 and was able to keep a social engagement be a little after 1:00 pm.
Everything is great.

Top notch service. They came out within the hour and fixed our shower issue after a couple of hours because it was a difficult job where the technician had to cut through metal. Also every time I have contacted them, the technician who came was super nice, friendly, and experienced. Definitely 5 stars for Heil Plumbing

I called today for an issue that I've been putting off for multiple months due to what I thought was a high priced fix ( my picket froze and cracked my water line outside). I called and talked to an Ai answering service who surprisingly got the everything correct without having to repeat anything. Chand and Ronaldo were dispatched about 30 minutes later and arrived about an hour after I placed my call. Chad was extremely professional and helpful. He methodically talked me through what and where he thought the problem was and where the break could have been. I signed the authorization for work, which gave me the price and detailed what work he was going to perform. About an hour later, they were done and they showed me where the break was in the water line (exactly where he thought the issue would be by the way). They turned the water on, verified they fixed the issue and the spicket worked as expected. I think Ronaldo has an excellent mentor! Thank you for the excellent customer service, you have a customer for life.

He was very professional and patient with educating my husband and I about our pipe (hose bid caused pipe to freeze/crack) issues and how to avoid future problems. My technician, Erik, did a wonderful job installing my water heater. He was very helpful and informative. I would recommend him and Heil Plumbing company. I needed a new water heater and they were able to provide one the very next day. And just prior to a snow storm.

Truly professional experience and very quick service. They gave me a 7:30 to 1:00 p.m. window and they showed up at 7:35. A.m.. very happy with the results of the work. Heil was great! We needed emergency toilet repair, and they had a technician here within 90 minutes. They sent a photo of their repair guy ahead of time, which I greatly appreciated. He was great at explaining the problem, the process, and the costs up front. There was no upselling pressure. The problem was fixed within half an hour, and the cost was very reasonable.
