Heil Plumbing (and Erik Young) did a great job on the water valve replacement for our new refrigerator. He patiently answered all of my questions and the repair went very smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Heil Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Steven Zimmerman was the consummate professional. He's knowledgeable, walked through the troubleshooting process on my HVAC system, and I'm confidant would have been able to repair my system if it were not so old the technology is no longer available in the modern world (think freon, as opposed to modern coolants). He then walked through installation options for replacing it with me, and together we came up with a solid plan of action. If you can get Steven to troubleshoot and repair your system on the spot, do it!

Really appreciate being able to call on the expertise of Heil Plumbing again. We needed a garbage disposal replacement on a quick turnaround, and Joe was right on time, extremely friendly, and a professional. He helped manage a tricky installation with clear communication and costs (without upselling), and he offered some useful advice on extending the life of the appliance. All in, another excellent experience with the team at Heil!

Erik did a fantastic job and was very helpful getting the faucet installed the right way in an awkward space.

Heil’s quick and professional service earned them our future business. Eric took one look at our 1989 vintage water supply to our fridge and knew exactly what to do. Came with a well equipped truck, no need to wait for parts. Updated our flimsy old plastic supply line with copper and installed modern valves. Professional, friendly and communicated well. Heil is now our go-to plumbing crew.

Erik came out promptly and assessed our issue to be a loose tile in the shower. He caulked around the tile and let me know that since he found it so quickly that it would be covered under the routine $95 assessment fee. Everything was taken care of in about 30 minutes which is pretty impressive. Erik was also extremely polite and respectful of our house (putting on shoe covers without my asking). We are very happy with our first experience with Heil plumbing.

Heil Plumbing provided very prompt and excellent service. From the initial phone call which was made this morning with Allison, who was friendly and polite to the very quick arrival of their technician,Seth, all went very smoothly. Seth was polite and professional and accessed the problem quickly. He replaced the PRV of our main water line and left the workspace just as before. Thanks very much. Would highly recommend.
