Although I’m pretty handy myself, the urgent nature of the leak and need to get back up and running again meant I should hire a solid plumber. Heil came with great reviews and, although I forgot, we used them some time ago for an unrelated repair (and they did a great job for that too). Anyway, the professional plumber Erik Young came, and systematically and methodically detected and identified where the leak was coming from with as little cutting into the drywall as possible. He replace a 6 foot run in the line, tested it, and confirmed it was fixed. Great job Erik and thanks for being conscientious about minimizing the mess and being super professional. The response & repair by them to that issue then was no different than the help that I received yesterday. 5 stars!...Yesterday's experience was truly wonderful in knowing there are still people who care more about others than making a buck when having an emergency. You are blessed to have these three individuals working for your company!
