We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to help build our new residential HVAC division at Heil Plumbing & HVAC, a family-owned company serving Maryland for 47+ years. This full-time role focuses on residential service, repair, maintenance, and installation. You’ll enjoy guaranteed pay plus bonuses, normal business hours with occasional peak-season overtime, and a supportive team that values integrity, excellence, and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

4+ years of residential HVAC experience
Maryland Journeyman or Master HVAC license + EPA certification
Proven troubleshooting skills across common residential systems (splits, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless, etc.)
Strong communication, customer service, and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically able to work on ladders, in attics/crawl spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
Willingness to uphold safety standards and Heil’s values of care, integrity, and excellent service
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, and DOT Physical

We are looking for an experienced drain cleaner who can clear drains and identify sewer issues with a camera inspection.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Journeyman plumber license for at least 2 years
Skillfully operate cable snake machines to clear blockages
Utilize sewer camera to identify improper grade, pipe cracks and other drain issues
Locate sewer and measure sewer depth
Can pull and reset toilets, remove cleanout caps and traps, cut drain lines to clear and reattach pipes
Experienced with main drain lines and secondary drain lines
Effectively communicate recommendations for repair of broken or damaged drain lines to customers
Clean driving record
Superb customer service & team spirit
Strong work ethic and integrity
Pride in quality workmanship
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, and DOT Physical

We are looking for an experienced and license residential service plumber. This includes drain cleaning, repair of pipes, replacing fittings or fixtures according to specifications or plumbing codes, and leaving the work area clean when finished.

Requirements:
